The hotel was filthy, the room was filthy, the key did not work, people were smoking all around the property, two different kinds of chairs at the table in the room, ironing board was bent, and iron had burnt spots on it that I had to get rid of before I ironed my shirts. Check in was slow and took forever, and the little package pastries were half frozen for breakfast.
It’s clear that this franchisee does not care about the Wyndham property that they manage. Very disappointing experience.
