Dear Philip, Guest feedback is always appreciated. We apologize for the incident that occurred during your stay which was out of our control. Unfortunately, another guest that was staying in a first-floor room did not adhere to our policies and began smoking in the nonsmoking room. This set off the fire alarm which is why the Fire Department and Police arrived on the scene. Luckily, no one was injured and we did our best to get all our guests settled comfortably after the incident.
