"Clean room. Polite staff. Convenient location. I arrive at 1pm and checking in had to be exactly at 3pm. No luggage storage is available at this location so I couldn’t leave luggage there and wonder around. Staff did allow access to lounge and pool area but it was a bit challenging to move around with luggage. The apartment was immaculate on the second floor with a bit of noise but I didn’t mind the city noise. The safe was not user-friendly but staff named Bernardo help me out with it. At check out, I want to thank Bernardo for helping me arrange a late check out so I wouldn’t have to leave early with my bags. Bernardo is very polite, professional, and his customer service skills are outstanding."
