"本來訂了2晚在網上付了全款，但去到酒店說有一晚沒房，我就搞不懂既然接受了全款而为什麼沒房？有點不能接受！然後就把我們安排到另外一间酒店..所以感覺有點不太好，雖然補尝了早餐給我們..酒店其他都非常好，環境，房間，服務都不錯的..."
