Hotel staff was very accomodating. I will be back.

I wish I can add another star. New garden hotel is my hotel. I love the staff they are very polite. Specially the security guards and the waiter or waitress. They all wonderful. This is my second time to New garden Hotel. I will tell all my friends New garden is the place to be. I’m not sure any other hotels the staff are nice like that. I will be back in May next year. New garden please keep the business alive please. New garden is the place when I’m stress out in the states, I will come to...

Clean room. I had a king room. Has a pool. Pool table, free breakfast every morning for your convenience.

I stayed 3 nights (thurs till sunday) and left with a great impression of the hotel and its beauty and even better impression of the service. Rooms/grounds- to my surprise upon checking in we were shown to a 3 bedroom unit overlooking the water despite booking just a basic room and paying what i thought was very regular/standard prices for a hotel like the Gansevoort. My girlfriend and I were both amazed as the unit was incredibly spacious and the views of the beach were breathtaking. The...

En servicio al cliente son mil de mil, la propiedad está bien hermosa e higiénica y después que se termine de remodelar va estar mil de mil

Excellent hostess, delicious food from the B&B and excellent, cheap food options from the restaurant on the same property. Close to a quiet beach.

The room was an apartment. Had everything you need. Supermarket two blocks away.

I can’t explain how much I love this resort I was for my honeymoon and we pass the most romantic time together this resort is so quiet the people son el final y la comida ufff más nosotros estábamos en select y teníamos acceso a todo. We are going to come back again. Lo recomiendo full

I had an amazing stay, It’s perfectly located near all the fun activities, near the bars and the beach making it so convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful, and I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my stay. So I booked an extra night 😁

Great service and very good staff, they are always there to help and serve you

Expedia ranked this a 3 but I give it a 5. The hotel is a little old but we'll maintained. You can walk to the heart of town, Sosua beach and excellent restaurants close by. No need to rent a car or call a cab. It is on a dead end street so you here no moto conchos or other laud noise passing by like in most of the other hotels. The maids did a great job and at the front desk the all spoke perfect english and very polite including the security man sitting in his booth outside the hotel. I will...

My mom and I absolutely loved it!!! I saw some mixed reviews about the property but rest assured it was stupendous!!! The food was delicious- you never repeated the same course for dinner and rarely for lunch. I will definitely be staying there again when we return!

Clean room staff is on the site

I have been staying at this property for about 3-4 years now. I book my vacations around this property being available. That’s how nice and excellent this property is. Randy and his family have been awesome with any request and/ responding to messages. They are always available to contact. The staff are also awesome and attentive. It’s close to everything you need but also distant enough if you just want to relax. The beach is close by. I highly recommend this property. Nothing negative to say...

Reception was unaware I prepaid with Expedia. This can be very unsettling when travel in a foreign country, especially when you don’t speak the language.

It's always a pleasure staying with Randy. He helps with anything you need while there and the apartment was better than advertised. Highly recommend!

The only bad thing was, there is a private residence right next door. They were VERY loud at night, with loud music and singing. Depending on which side of the building your rental is you will hear it. I stayed at this property before a different side of the building and I didn’t hear them. This time I was on the side of the private residence and heard it ALL. Other than that the property is wonderful to stay at. The workers are very friendly. The property manager was awesome. He was very...
