The staff were excellent. Check in was dealt with quickly and easily with the female receptionist thankfully speaking English. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped and clean. Location could not be faulted and very little noise for it being right on the Gran Via.

We enjoyed our 3 nights very much. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. Nice and quiet and the lift is excellent. Staff are friendly and very helpful with advice and bookings.
