「At some point the residence is nice, with comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen, I would say this part is above average. In the pricey Vienna, they provide an affordable price with the convenient location. However, the service is far below standard. The host has never replied any single message (until now). When we arrive earlier than check-in time, they didn't reply whether we can store the luggage or not. After we check-in, they didn't provide any information of the wifi, the same issue happens...

「Since there were lots of good comments here and so did my friend and I confirmed to stay here in Wien. The room is nothing special but somehow we both had a great sleep (maybe the weather of Wien?)
