Bewertung für DoZi mit eig. Bad. Gutes kontinentales Frühstück. Exzellente Lage, freundlicher Empfang und zweckdienliche Zimmer. Achtung Hotel ist Nix für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität oder Senioren (aufgrund der Treppe). Einzig negativ aufgefallen war, das Fehlen eines Papierkorbes auf dem Zimmer sowie eine defekte Duschbrause.Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Room for improvement

The hotel was hard to find because the building had literally changed color and material since the photo on the various booking services was taken. The entrance was confusing with a very welcoming glass door towards the reception, that was locked, but an unlocked much less visible door nearby. The reception door didn't even have an arrow pointing towards the "actual" entrance, but a sign stating what phone number you should call if it was locked, suggesting even more it is the main entrance. My first room was uninhabitable due to practically being in the reception, where you could hear the phone ringing, front door opening and closing, people talking and the Pepsi cooler humming (who even drinks Pepsi??). The second room had an extremely noisy ventilation system that I mistook for construction works outside the window. In both rooms the light from the hallway shined through the gap under the door (ehm, fire regulations?). Friendly and helpful staff is increasing the overall score.

Hotel un poco descuidado. La cama en mal estado, la ducha compartida con mampara rota. Las cortinas apuntaladas para sujetarlas. Cobran tasas de turista aparte por dia alojado, y si pagas con tarjeta, tambien te cobran comision. Osea que el precio de la habitacion en la reserva, no es real, se incrementa.

Хороший отель.

У отеля стойка регистрации круглосуточно не работает. Я отправила письмо, что приеду с 19 до 21 часа. Приехала в 19-15. Всё закрыто. На стекле прикреплена бумага с номером телефона по которому можно звонить. Ждала минут 10. За границей я не пользуюсь интернетом. Код страны не знаю. В наш век можно написать вацаб или что-то в этом роде. Я бы обратилась к местным жителям. Им звонок бесплатный. Я так и сделала. Хоть звонок платный, но им дешевле, чем мне. Учесть, что я не знаю английского. Кое как объяснила, что мне надо. Молодой человек стал набирать номер, но тут одновременно из двух дверей появились люди: дама с чемоданом и юноша в фартуке. Дама, зная английский спросила в баре про отель. Этот работник ресторана нас оформил. Что интересно, внутри помещения, с улицы не видно, висит бумага, что ключ при выселении можно отдать в бар. Не зная языка я это поняла. check out, bar и key даже я знаю. Почему не написано, что при заселении тоже можно обратиться в бар. Неприятный момент. В целом проживание устроило. Бронировала номер с душем, а туалет на этаже. Гель, шампунь, мыло. Отличный завтрак. 4 вида сыра, колбаса, ветчина, яйца, выпечка, джем, сок, кофе, масло.

Het raam van de kamer wou niet dicht, als je naar de wc annex douche ruimte moest, trok je zo de klink uit de deur. De kok was ook de receptionist en bij het uitchecken moest je je kamer kaart inleveren bij de dame die ook het ontbijt verzorgde.

Hotel piccolo in struttura vecchia in posizione ottima per centro città anche se di contro rumorosa per la presenza di numerosi locali. Purtroppo camera poco confortevole, al secondo piano, su scale molto ripide, senza ascensore, caldissima senza aria condizionata. Bagno minuscolo. Pulizia buona, ma orari reception poco comodi, se si arriva prima o dopo gli orari indicati, è tutto chiuso e non ci si può rivolgere a nessuno e lasciare i bagagli. Inoltre la camera non è stata mai riordinata durante il soggiorno

Alleen begane grond (restaurant/ontbijtzaal) gerenoveerd, De rest van het hotel in zeer slechte staat. De verf bladdert eraf. Vieze vlekken op tapijt. GEEN lift. Smalle traptreden dus zeer lastig met koffers sjouwen. Wij hadden een late aankomst vanuit Airport Eindhoven en werden geboekt op de bovenste etage. Dus flink sjouwen met 4 koffers. Ontbijt eenvoudig maar in orde.

A very comfortable hotel

I spent 3 days at the Hotel Benno and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The owners will go out of their way to help you. I never encountered any of the Wi-Fi issues that had been previously reported. The hidden gem is The Prince, the attached restaurant, it is a cozy spot with good food. This is a budget hotel that, I think, delivers more than one would expect.

Very disappointing

This hotel was very disappointing. Massively overpriced. We went for shared bathroom which was two floors down and there wasn’t even a toilet on our floor. The staff, particularly the restaurant staff were rude and unhelpful. They told us check out was 10am even though hotels.com said it was 11am.

Basic accommodation, friendly staff

(Try again, keeps crashing when I review this hotel) Basic single room (room 6). Has private shower and wash basin but shared toilet. Bed reasonably comfortable, mattress on the soft side of firm. Wardrobe, small cabinet not located next to bed due to space; I moved it to behind the bed as there was no headboard and it made it much easier to get to the night lamp. Small wardrobe and a desk were also in the room. Lighting was so-so. Main light took a while to light up and the two spots fitted to the over sink mirror were loose in their filttings. Power sockets, two on the side wall at the window end with a single socket extension, 2 above the desk, TV plugges into one, and one by the door. Shower had decent pressure, miniature toiletries supplied. Wifi ok, didn't try any streaming, it did drop out a couple of times though. There is no hairdryer so bring your own. Window didn't provide any heat or noise proofing. Fortunately at this time of year, October, there weren't lots of people sat outside at the bars into the early hours. Breakfast standard basic cold buffet. VFM, for what I paid I think a little overpriced

Εξαιρετικό σημείο, με πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλη

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο και σε πλατεία με πολλά μαγαζιά, μπυραρίες και εστιατόρια. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καθαρό με, με πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση και πολύ καλό εστιατόριο. Πρόβλημα η απότομη σκάλα.
