Property was solid all around. Just didn’t like how the mini fridge and snacks would be charged if you touched or moved them. It made the mini fridge pretty much unusable.

my room was nice clean and quiet. They have a great casino. I’ve always done very well there. The price was good for a Friday night. Plenty of places to eat. Location is excellent. The parking sucks but so does the parking for everywhere else around there all of the biggest casinos pretty much suck for their parking.

The hotel overall I enjoyed. Its clean, staff is great and friendly when asking for directions. The only thing I hated was that I had called in advance to have all my rooms (4 rooms) in the same floor and adjacent to each other. Person that helped me over the phone never told me I had to check in person vs checking in at the kiosk because the kiosk will give random room numbers. So once I had checked in through the kiosk I had to wait in the horrible line to have all the room stuff figured out. By the time they got to me it was too late and in order to stay in the same floor one of us (me) had to stay without the city view and not even close to me party 😭 which sucked. No additional discount was offered and I had paid extra for the city view. I felt swindled but I didn’t want to ruin my family’s vacation and mine by arguing and becoming upset since most of my family was there for the first time and visiting from out of the US of A.

Very clean. Very quiet. Beautiful rooms.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were big and staff were friendly and helpful.
