"We were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The rooms have no balconies, and there was constant noise from air-conditioning units in the area, which made it difficult to relax. The dining room was also not particularly inviting in terms of atmosphere.
Due to the war, many of the hotel facilities were closed or not functioning, which significantly limited the overall experience. Despite this, the price we paid did not reflect the situation or the reduced services."

Been to two other Jerusalem hotels in the last 10 days and inbal is the only hotel that offers excellent tv channels and Netflix.
When you are stuck in a hotel room cos of sirens this was a great bonus."

"The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom is luxurious and has large walk-in shower. The indoor salt water pool area is outstanding. Clean with plenty of towels. I love the way the pool connects to an outdoor area. The manager Eyal is exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel. "
