Cozy Stopover in Swabia

Have stayed here several times over the past 5 years. Very cool architecture mix historical/hyper modern. Quiet rooms, spacious. In walking distance to everything in Ehingen. Parking is not so straightforward but manageable. Be sure to call ahead if arriving after 21:00 and let reception know if you plan to check out before 7am.

The room was clean and nice furniture. The view was nice from the room. Didn’t like that they didn’t have a garbage can outside to throw out trash. Also the towels provided looked old and worn out. But the staff was friendly and informative

Ich hatte im Google eine Bewertung abgegeben schlechter Service, dies wurde als diffamierend abgelehnt Yvonne ANDREE ★★★ Wir waren 2 Nächte im Schwanen und sehr enttäuscht über den Service. Langes Warten auf das Abendessen - die Bedienung interessiert sich nicht für die Gäste. Kein Kommentar und keine Entschuldigung. Das Essen wird auf den Tisch fast geworfen. Keiner interessiert sich für Nachschub. Das war in Paulas Alb und Berg anders. Sehr schade als renommiertes Kulturbierhotel. Zimmer und Ambiente sind angenehm und sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unquote… Einmal habe ich eine ehrliche negative Beurteilung abgegeben und sie wird gelöscht … Das Hotel hat sich nicht dazu gemeldet - was ich schade finde

Der Wellnessbereich ist überschaubar aber gemütlich und ich hatte ihn für mich alleine. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet, mir teilweise zu modern. Die Dusche und das Waschbecken relativ offen im Zimmer ist nicht ganz mein Geschmack. Wer noch etwas am Computer arbeiten muss, sollte nicht das Bierkistenzimmer wählen. Sitzt man an dem Ende mit der Rücklehne, hat man keine besondere Beinfreiheit. Sitzt man mit dem Rücken zum Bett, hat man Beifreiheit aber unbequem weil keine Lehne und das Kabel in der Steckdose blockiert das Aufstehen zur Seite. Das Bett ist bequem und der Balkon war bei dem warmen Herbsttag auch ganz nett. Etwas enttäuschend fand ich das Frühstück. Bei schlechtem Wetter muss man, auch wenn nur eine schmale Straße, auf die andere Straßenseite ins Restaurant. Die Brötchen waren schlecht aufgebackene Beutel oder TK-Brötchen, die sich mit dem normalen Messer nicht aufschneiden liesen. Wurstauswahl war Durchschnitt und der Obstsalat machte den Eindruck mindestens am Abend vorher gemacht worden zu sein, da die Apfelstücke schon sehr weich waren.

Danke nein.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen im Altbau in einem "Bierkistenzimmer" zu schlafen. An diesem Zimmer war so ziemlich alles falsch: Heizung aus, Wasser nur lauwarm, Rezeption ab 22 Uhr nicht besetzt - Reklamation so auch nicht möglich, Frühstück um 6:00 nicht möglich. Lunchpakete auch nicht. Bezahlen mussten wir es dennoch, weil im voraus bezahlt und eine Rückerstattung nicht möglich wäre. Es war unsere zweite Übernachtung dort, aber ganz sicher auch die Letzte.

Sehr gutes Themenhotel in schöner Lage

Kommen gerne wieder, Die Zimmern haben nicht den langweilen BW Standard. Balkon vorhanden. Essen und Frühstück Corona-konform super gelöst!

Gut, wie immer

Aufgrund der schönen, sauberen, exclusiven Zimmer, komme ich immer wieder gerne her, wenn ich hier was zu arbeiten habe. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig. Personal ist freundlich und kompetent.
