"お盆を過ぎた時期に、金曜日から1泊させてもらいました。鬼のオブジェの真後ろのメタルのいうお部屋でした。チェックイン、チェックアウトは備え付けのタブレットから。少しアワアワしましたが、割とすんなりできました笑お部屋はとても、清潔でスタイリッシュ‼️ テンション爆上がりでした。ただ、強いて言えば、お部屋に入った時、1階は涼しかったのですが、2階が異常に暑く、クーラーを付けてもなかなか冷えず、クーラーを入れていてもらえたら嬉しかったということと、鬼のオブジェは夜も煌々と電気がついていて、（障子窓を開けるとすぐ鬼のオブジェの裏側)夜もずっと明るく、カーテンなどがあれば嬉しかったです。それ以外はほんと素敵なお部屋でした！ありがとうございました！"

"チェックインは別の建物でした。駐車場から歩いて宿泊宿まで行きました。荷物のみ車搬送。夕方で疲れてた上に2歳児もいたので、気分は良くありませんでした。往復してまいりましょうか？など、お客様の1日の疲れを考えて、徒歩が送迎の選択肢を与えて頂きたかった。次に部屋に到着後、使用の案内がありました。食器類は使ったら全て洗い、片づけるように言われました。常識的に、調理したら片付けはしますが、宿から、このように強く言われたのは初めてだったので、驚きしました。冬は寒すぎて、宿泊できないかも。お風呂は暗すぎる。こたつは温まりにくい。煎餅みたいなお座布団はお尻が痛くなります。防寒対策をして、ご宿泊ください。携帯の充電機コードなどはありません。"

"As much as I'd like to recommend staying here on your trip to bunny island, I cannot. The host did provide details for self check-in, but the property is in various states of disrepair. The AC is left off during the summer, so when we entered, it was hot and humid. The bathroom was left off as well and had accumulated mold. It smelled atrocious to the point we were pretty sure it would be a hazard to use it. I don't expect to incur any penalties, but the host also had many fee addendums...

"青い空と海を楽しみに尾道へ向かいましたが、まさかの大雨で早朝には避難警報まで出てしまいました。どこへ避難すればよいのか途方に暮れてオーナーさんへ連絡を入れた所、直ぐに迎えに来て、より安全な場所へ避難させてくれました。本当に心強かったです。早朝にも関わらず対応して下さり感謝です。窓から絶景が見える分、急勾配の階段道が険しい為、食料などをしっかり買い込んでゆっくり家の中で過ごすのがオススメです。窓から見える尾道の景色は美しく、家具も洗練されていてステキな時間を過ごせました。"

"Excellent hotel. Rooms were good and quiet. Hotel is on a quiet street, but an easy walk to Shambashi station with lots of great restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of attention to detail. breakfast was good also. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Tokyo."

"It is a good hotel but a little tricky because the entrance to the car park it’s just opposite the famous onsen so you have to turn right on the side of the onsen to get in.The car park is one of those that has an elevator -kind of uncomfortable to actually try to get in the door, but my husband did really well. I have pictures to prove it and our rental car was not damaged. "
