This property needs an upgrade. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was perfect but the amenities need to be upgraded along with the overall appearance of the room.

We had a great stay for 5 nights in a twin room. Staff service, location and surrounds were amazing. Good food options (Land & Monkeys have great food and coffee!) close by and metro, which we only used once, was handy. It was a little noisy in the lane sometimes with wheelie bins early in the morning but that didn’t detract from our stay. Shower was a bit small/awkward however water pressure was excellent!

Room was clean. There was no balcony. Reserved a taxi through front desk. Told rate was $70 to airport. More than the $57 fixed rate because hotel was far away from downtown and there was a fee for reserving. When we asked to cancel the booking, we were told there was a strike the next day and it would be very hard to get a taxi. Person that picked us up next day was not an official taxi driver. Probably a friend or relative. Told us the agreed upon rate was $75 to airport. There were taxis at the stands and no significant disruptions to transportation from strike. Hotel is in 8 or 9 arrondisement, so $57 fixed rate should have applied.

Great hotel!
"Very good place to stay in Eguzon. Check in period is longer than what is advertised 6 to 8pm. We arrived earlier and could have checked in until 11pm. It needs to be updated. Excellent coffee and service."
