「I met the manager when I arrived. He is very nice, introduced the detail of the equipment and gave me some snacks & drinks. The room is new & clean, the space is big enough even you keep opened your luggage. The design is good, you can find more than what you need in the room. About 10-15mins walk to the train station / get something to eat.」

「Nice experience in Arcotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Luna has tried her best in helping us find out the best way to get to airport which I appreciate much. room is spacious, with fridge. There is supermarket in gas station, with 1 min walk. However, restaurants are few and located a bit far, like 15 mins walk. It's not in tourist area, but you can always take bus 3/8, every ten mins. Station is also ard 3 mins walk from hotel.」

「Overall a great experience staying here! I was only here for 3 nights but I loved everything about this hotel and my room. All the staff were friendly, the bar is a huge plus and the breakfast buffet is a nice touch. I liked how everything was within walking distance and plenty of food options nearby. I wish I could have stayed longer, definitely recoomend this hotel! 」
