「The room was clean, quiet, well laid out and in an excellent location 」

「The suite was clean and had several places to sit- a full-size table, a couch, and a weather-proof balcony (which was my favorite). It also came with a kitchen stocked with dishes and glasses. The bedroom was nice and had extra towels/sheets, and a lockbox. The lockbox battery was dead so it didn’t work, but the neighborhood felt very safe. The toilet and shower room were separate, which was nice. Plus, the shower room had heated tile floors. The only downside was that it was easy to hear...

The parking space is convenient, and the restaurant across the hotel is nice. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had. Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher. The only positive thing about this was the checkin help on the phone number provided, the girl was very helpful. Even though I explained I have a disability...

「Best place to stay in Graz if you have a car or don’t mind tanking the street car into downtown. The rooms and breakfast are great. Staff is chill and there is a grocery store, cafe and other small restaurants nearby. Love it!」
