We stayed in the off season so it was pretty quiet. It was a beautiful property and so close to everything that we needed to get to. The hiking trail was a nice treat too. The property management office was great! They were polite and helpful. Highly recommend!

The unit was spotless and extremely well equipped. We stayed during an extremely hot week and as such found it a little warm in the unit as it is not air conditioned. However, lots of fans available. Just mentioning it as although listed on site We made an assumption. Great location and amazing staff at check in and at gate. Highly recommended

Pros: Beautiful property & access to walking & bike trails was great! Great location central to Avon & Edwards & shops. Cons: Condo was dated as well as the building. No AC in the condo was a surprise and disappointment in the summer. Not stated in booking. No grill at the condo as shown in pictures was a downer since we packed in steaks & burgers to grill during our stay. Overall a 3.

Parking was confusing, multiple codes to enter the unit, the unit could use a little TLC. The community was lovely and the skiing was great.

Good/Bad in Arrowhead Village

The check-in process was greatly delayed because the original property given to us was NOT ski-in/ski-out as requested and supposedly there were no other properties available. We have a child with special needs and this was our first and most important request. I don't know if this was the property management's fault or Hotels.com mistake, but a hassle after a long flight and drive, nonetheless. After 1+ hours the manager, who was very professional, was able to find us a property within walking distance to the lifts. The property was smaller (3 bedrooms instead of 4 bedrooms, as requested) but it accommodated all of us comfortably. I was not not offered any money back for the smaller, 3 bedrooms unit. Apart from the check-in issues and the unit not matching any of the photos of our reservation, the place was large enough to accommodate the group, it was clean, had everything we needed to cook, a grill, washer and dryer, and it was less than 5 minutes walking distance to the lifts. The internet signal was strong but the cable TV was horrible and we were not able to watch any TV while we were there.

communication/clean

The place was very clean and the staff was very kind. The staff had great communication. It’s sad you can’t get into the pool due to Covid and with 4 kids that’s the reason we booked at the resort. We got one swimming spot on Sunday but the other days we couldn’t get in. We ended booking 2 swimming spots at Avon recreation center. The place was very nice and clean. With the cost I do believe it was a little outdated and strange the owners had 60% of the bathroom and kitchen drawers/doors locked. We had no place to store our food or put our toiletries in drawers.
