"there was a misunderstanding on room type reservation- i thought i reserved a 2-queen beds suite with a pull out sofa bed, ref and microwave. come to find out the room reserved was only a standard room of 2 queen beds. i ended up upgrading room typecto accommodate family needs. the staff/receptionist during check in was awesomely very helpful and accommodating. we are very appreciative of her kind accommodation. "This place was a fantastic surprise find. Very nice rooms, beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and the people were very nice. My only complaint was no carpet in the room so bring your slippers but that is minor. If you're coming to Victoria Texas, this is the place to stay."
