As soon as we pulled up, there’s a sign on the door to pull open cause sliding doors were broken. Went to go check in and they gave us the wrong room, booked a king and was given 2 queens. Told front desk and she kind of argued a bit and said we would have to come back cause they would need to clean a room. Came back 2 hours later and got the right room. Website is wrong when it comes to breakfast, says you get Start the day right with a free hot breakfast, featuring sausage, scrambled eggs, tater tots, and more. That is all wrong. It is a continental but they don’t ever put enough food or they don’t have it. We went down at 10am and there was nothing left, no milk for cereal, no toast, nothing. Only good thing about this place is their hot tub and pool. Beds are hard and squeaky. Will never be back.

They advertised pool, hot tube, steam room and continental breakfast! Pool was empty, hot tub dirty and so full of chemical burnt your eyes and water cloudy, steam room not working and had a shop vac stored in it. Pails in hallway collecting water from leaks front automatic door not working and did not bother to fix it in 3 days, had sign on it saying please open it and close it when coming and going, ( which is very handy when hands are full of luggage). Housekeeping poor! Breakfast ok. Rooms airy, beds comfortable.

Nice stay
The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. I would suggest that fresh fruit at breakfast would be a nice addition.

The staff were very helpful. It was the least expensive compared to the other hotels we stayed at during this trip and yet the room was better and the pool and hot tub worked.

the hotel room was great, clean, comfortable and quiet The breakfast was crap no food left when we got there at 07h40 they dont replenish anything that was for the 86 days i was there real joke free breakfast

Worst counter staff ever ... did not have right room .. had to cramp into a single king vs 2 queens ..would'nt give towels so everyone could have there own .. took 20 min to check out due to incompetency of counter staff .. never will i return .

Very nice spacious and clean rooms. Check in and out were quick and easy. Had a continental breakfast that was grab and go, not alot of options(toast, cold cereal, yogurt) but hot coffee. The area is a bit noisy, close to the road, and could hear lots of outside noisys and hallway noise, but otherwise great hotel. Would stay again

The rooms are well decorated and clean. Check in/out is quick. Good for the money.

Redwater stay
The check-in and check-out went well, with very courteous staff. The front desk supported and advertised for the local restaurants. The rooms were huge and kept clean. The only let down, was that you were not allowed to eat your breakfast in the room, due to lack of staff.

My key card did not work on one of the outside door so I went to the desk and asked the person there if there was a problem with the key or door. I was told that he did not know. I asked if he could reprogram my key and he did. I asked if it would work now and I was told he did not know. No offer to help at all. The next day my key card did not work on my room door and had to go to desk again and ask them about it. They said I must have d one something to the key. They reprogrammed it . I was never offered an apology or to help me by checking to make sure the keys would work.
