I’ve been there 4 times and 3 of them no shower soap one time no blankets,another no where to rest suitcase no microwave no refrigerator they haves us a roo that sunk so bad from cigarettes smoking if not people next door were smoking so bad that it travel to our room couple next door were fighting we even hear the sound of been hit or slapped and the ladie in the room was crying for quite some time. No rules in eviction for this kind of bad behaviors, the sound of vehicle going by was very loud. One good thing it was clean

The door had a privacy chain on it but the chain was attached to the wall and not the door. It just hung there. There was nothing to attach it to. With the door closed, there was a gap that let in light on the left lower side. The door required a bit of a push to fully close. It's probably not aligned properly. The tile and the overall decor was nice. The floors were clean. The room was on the smaller side. I was upgraded from a queen to a king for free which was nice.The vanity over the sink was bright and functional. The lamp on the left side of the bed had no lightbulb. The piece of furniture underneath the wall mounted TV had four holes on top. It looked like something used to be screwed to it but no longer. My biggest gripes were the bathtub was not cleaned before I got there. There was a long curled hair in it. The tub felt dirty under my feet. There was no non-slip plastic sheet for the tub.The bodywash dispenser was not filled. I used shampoo to wash myself. The towels were disgusting. Were the washed? Yes. But they were stained. If held up to the light, you could clearly see various round stains of varying size and color. I opted to bird-bath in the morning as I couldn't bring myself to use the towel again. It only made me wonder what the sheets looked like so, I slept in my clothes. The staff was nice during check-in and check-out. They need to replace the towels at the bare minimum and possibly the sheets if they are just as . I would not stay there again.

The walls are thin.. I booked for 2 people but only 1 towel set and 1 of one meant for the hair looked like it had been used. There was hair all over the tub and shower walls. The floor was so dirty that when you got into bed you had to brush your feet off and the bed. Sheets had several stains and only 2 flat pillows. Was lot pleased. Spent the night sweating or shivering, never in between.

Loved the newly renovated room. Tile work in the bathroom and flooring throughout wwere very stylish and impressive. Stylish lighted mirror over the sink. Looked very expensive and classy. Hats off to the designer!!!! Only inconvenience…… bedroom area needs more a lamp on end table beside the bed. Otherwise, room was fantastic.
