"Room, staff and facility was excellent. My only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is the toilet paper. That stuff is so thin you can see through it so you have to use 4 times as much. And my finger goes right through it. I would think it would be more cost efficient if you upgrade and it would make your guests much happier."

"The hotel is clean and very welcoming. Very comfortable room with great linens and comfy bed. Great location - right off the highway, gas, restaurants and Outlet Mall right there. Service was excellent. We were surprised at the quality of the restaurant - dinner was excellent (we had steak and salmon) and the breakfast buffet was fabulous and reasonably priced. Lots of parking too."

We were there to see the eclipse and almost everything was booked. Got lucky to find this hotel. Best Western in Edinburg checked us in quickly, problem-free, and with a smile. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the area was convenient. I would recommend. "
