Cheap, clean, comfortable but not nice

Walking distance of about 10-15mins to old town where all sightseeing spots are located and also the train station. However, I did called uber for return trips to the station, which costed around £6 per trip. There was no air con and i felt hot while sleeping. The bed was ok for two girls. Toilet were clean but one down side is that the light in the bathroom would turn off auto when ur in the shower, u have to wave often in the room to allow the light not turning off suddenly. The room I had was on the second floor. It was noisy at night. I didnt sleep well during the two night stay and I can usually sleep easily wherever I stay. This was an exception.

Good modern, and clean, accommodation very walkable from Edinburgh Waverley station. As student accommodation it does not have same luxuries as a hotel; however the place more than met my needs and I would definitely stay here again.

Grim cell, no bedside lights, immovable ‘ double’ bed too small for two, shelves with sharp edges that stuck out into the mattress space and caught you when you moved in your sleep, desk overlapping the mattress…. Awful, if clean. Overpriced. One night was the maximum anyone could stick this.

Struttura non al centro, ma a soli 20min a piedi dal centro quindi un giusto compromesso, almeno per me 😅, ragazzi gentilissimi alla reception che ti aiuteranno e dispenseranno consigli per il soggiorno.

Situe a proximite des transports en commun. Pas cher poiur edinburgh. Salle d eau privative. En dessus d une superette. Sympa pour faire les courses.petite cuisine commune. Seul bemol le bruit... bruit d impact mais aussi dans une moindre mesure bruits aeriens. On entend les gens parler sans distinguer les conversations.Personnel tres sympa present toute la journee.

The staff were great. The place was a very close walk to the tram , which was amazing for getting around the city. The place was clean and the building felt secure. As a student dorm , it was as expected, nothing flashy but that’s all that was needed to enjoy the city. There is a grocery store and a Starbucks very close which was also very convenient.

bonne adresse dans l'ensemble.

l'endroit est bien situé,le tram passe à coté .le centre ville et le castle sont accessibles à pied 20 minutes.l' endroit est un peu surprenant :des couloirs interminables ,mais on s'y fait tres vite.la chambre était propre ,la salle de bain aussi et plutot pratique.les jeunes à la reception sont adorables et toujours prets à nous aider et nous renseigner.la cuisine commune de notre groupe de chambre manquait un peu d'ustensiles.mais tres utile le breakfast et fepas du soir.le seul point négatif c'est le bruit des portes qui pourrait etre amelioré .(boules quies conseillées).dans l'enssemble un bon sejour et a un prix le plus abordable que j'ai pu trouver en periode de festival.

Great location, friendly personnel, but the communal areas were very dirty, looks like it have never been cleaned. Rooms very basic, but you get what you pay for, cant expect 4 star hotel amenities for this price. If you are on the low budget and do not care where you sleep, this is the option for you.
