Checked in at 11pm, room did not have functional AC, they claimed they reset remotely and its a kmowm issue for them, they are working on it, finally at 230am they moved our family to 4th floor in new room from 3rd floor. In the 4th floor room, commode flush was not operational. Since we had traveled from Houston and we were dead tired, we just decided to sleep and deal with it in morning. In the morning, front desk reluctantly gave us another room with functional bathroom. Worst experience ever. No apologies, no regrets, just worst customer services for 150$ a night plus tax.
