「The property was close to family and easy access to major highways」

「The breakfast was great! Freshly cooked bacon and grits and lots of other choices. The staff was wonderful and the room was very comfortable and quiet. We will be back.」

「Rooms are ok and if you're forced to stay in Greenwood it is convenient. Generally there is a bit of a musty aroma, in the rooms, lobby, and restaurants. Hotel staff are pretty much useless as they cannot make any decisions without "management." Of course, management apparently does not work weekends or holidays. So, bottom line, need to stay a night in Greenwood? It works. But want to enjoy a stay and feel remotely pampered? Nope.」

「Hotel was conveniently located for what I needed for a week of work and the staff were very lovely and helpful. The lobby and common areas are pristine and the breakfast was really good every day. Love the Costa coffee in the lobby and they offered cookies daily:) I want this property to be 5 stars so bad, but there were definitely some things that could use attention! Used the gym and only 2 of the machines were operational. Pool was not cleaned and not in service. The first room I was given...
