「The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff did a great job with housekeeping, regularly cleaning the room, emptying the trash, and providing fresh bathroom towels. I also appreciated the location—it felt safe and secure, and the available parking made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very positive experience.」

The security system is also unnecessarily complicated, with different access codes required for almost every door. On top of that, visitors are strictly prohibited, with absolutely...

「Disgusting. Despite giving them the booking reference ID, the confirmation and the paid receipt, they claimed we had no booking. After almost an hour trying to get them to resolve it, we left to get another hotel. Contacted Expedia in real time - equally worthless. Promised to get a refund. None has happened.」
