「Good size room with attached kitchen with microwave, kettle, fridge. Small supermarket next door which sells beer 😀and microwave meals, parking is on hotel grounds, shallow beach opposite. 」

「Just stayed one night at the end of our visit to the Seychelles. This hotel is beautiful, with staff to match. Breakfast was good. Pool is fantastic in the centre of the hotel with an amazing pool bar and plants are lovely. Our room was big and spacious, with a lovely balcony. Checked out at 10am, but didn’t leave until 2pm. We were still able to use the pool and have towels. We then used one of the 3 shower rooms to get ready for our flights home. Really lovely experience and would stay again.」

Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sehr liebevoll mit Blüten dekoriert und wir haben einen leckeren Willkommensdrink erhalten. Leider waren wir hier nur eine Nacht, wir wären gerne länger geblieben. 「非常差的体验 完全不像五星级酒店 首先刚到酒店的时候check in 让我们站在那里整整等了半个小时 效率非常低下 在Expedia上订好之后还要我专门将订单信息转发email给他们 然后刚到房间发现卫生间是脏的...整个房间的桌面上都是灰 我们订的是面山的套房 外面的躺椅上都是鸟屎 没有清理 房间里面根本没有room service的餐单 spa也非常难订 第二天早上去吃早餐 10点半结束 我们迟到了大概几分钟 工作人员直接说关闭了 想吃可以回房间付钱叫room service 但其实里面还有很多人在吃饭 酒店交通特别不方便 没有任何大巴 只能坐的士 或者是当地的公共汽车 但没地方放行李 还要出酒店自己走约6分钟...而的士很贵 单程要50欧 托前台订去普拉兰岛的机票 没有跟我确认任何身份信息 结果将我老婆名字打错 第二天等我们准备去机场看确认信息 才发现写错...那时离登机还差3小时 出门去前台 没有服务生帮忙拿行李 两个特大箱子 过路的服务生都没有帮忙的意思 赶到前台 告诉服务员弄错了 她结果不慌不忙的查邮件 搞了好久找不到 才催她快点 她才打电话 结果两分钟就弄好了...

「It was such a lovely experience for us. The staff and literally everyone we interacted with were very kind and helpful. The property is great, the view lovely and the response to complains or enquiries are swift. Great place to stay in if you're visiting Seychelles.」
