「I wasn’t informed that renovations were being conducted on the property. It was very disconcerting, trying to get into the property because the signs weren’t clearly marked. Also, they were went and clean my room like I wanted to clean and brought clean linens so no I wasn’t happy.」

「The customer service needs improvement. My wife and I ate breakfast at the hotel. The food was put up, and the lights were turned off on us 30 minutes early (9 am instead of 9:30 am). The customer service attendant sighed a couple of times while sweeping near us in the breakfast area. Who knows why? Maybe it was because I was telling my wife a story, and she was tired of hearing it. Maybe it was that she was tired of cleaning. I don't know the reason. Good customer service doesn't include...

「The ac was was so loud we couldn't use it. The sheets were not clean on the bed... if they were clean then they were grossly stained. The bed was also hard and clanked with every movement you made. The desk chair was broke and wouldn't raise up to the desk at all. Ended up not even sleeping there.
Only good thing there was the kind lady at the desk.」
