"It’s like a lottery with this accommodation , your room size and whether you get any room cupboard space or even a shower cubicle you can actually fit in to or a stand up shower bath tub all depends on which room and floor you get . It’s an absolute joke that every time I book here I always have to complain about the room . "

"Very good hotel in nice position. Only faults are 1 car park entrance is too narrow and at an angle. 2 the room lights mean you can't see a thing in the wardrobe. Bring a torch. Food choice good, staff very helpful and amenities very good. Boot room staff very helpful too. Definitely a nice stay. "

"Just returned from a 4 night break at the PopAlp. We had an amazing stay at this hotel, we were greeted by Nicolas on reception who was warm and welcoming, he was so helpful and could not do enough for us, he is a credit to the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, well appointed, the beds were very comfortable and plenty of storage. Breakfast was lovely everything you need from fruit, breads, pastries etc.The hot breakfast items like back & eggs could have been kept hotter but apart from this everything was "

A toilet that stank and it was hard to enter for the whole family, a balcony that had no sun whatsoever all day, ceilings so thin I felt the family upstairs were literally in my apartment, ski lockers so narrow it was impossible to open lockers etc and when I flagged the issues - no help whatsoever.
