「It was the best. WE had one issue with hot water, and they immediately moved us to another room. The room was clean and the improvements being done to the property look like it's going to be even better. The staff worked long hours without complaint and were so positive. The property felt secure to the outside world. 」

「It was amazing seeing all the different birds from their restaurant patio. I saw way more kinds of birds including two tucans from here than from the actual birds watching tours. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Nice city view too. 」

Los chicos se esmeran en dar un buen servicio con los recursos que tienen, simplemente no hay una preparación o formación adecuada para proyectarlo, por ejemplo el que hayan pelos por toda la habitación y que uno del staff empiece a cortarse las uñas en frente de las habitaciones son imágenes que contrastan con la apariencia de limpieza y buen equipamiento que tiene la habitación.」
