"Staff were wonderfully helpful, pleasant and polite. We arrived late and staff offered to help take our things to the room. The room was cheap so we did not expect a lot for our money but the room was very basic. Beds and TV and that was it. Bed was comfy and we slept well in a very quiet environment. ..."

"Even though the rooms are marked non-smoking, the customers stood outside their doors and smoked. My eyes burned and I could smell the smoke. The rooms are all facing outdoors and the nearest neighbor can be just a few feet away, Hence, smoking within a few feet of the window and door."
