All is perfect, go for it
A perfect place to stay one or more day.. Both for business and leisure. The valley is nice, the view amazing, rooms are simple and clean, food is superlative and the guys are amazing.

De passage à Troyes je me suis arrêté au Carré Long pour deux nuits. Hôtel propre à l'entrée d'un joli village aubois à une vingtaine de kilomètres de Troyes.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propre. La literie est satisfaisante. Salle de bain nickel.
L’hôtel est calme même si l’insonorisation n'est pas parfaite.
L'accueil peut surprendre, le propriétaire a un style tout particulier. Cependant il est généreux et on se sent très vite à l'aise. Petit déjeuner copieux. Bons produits.
Les réseaux mobiles à part SFR qui est un poil plus efficace sont quasi absents. Idéal pour un WE sans portable et connexion.
J'ai pu dîner un soir chez lui. La cuisine est originale généreuse et les plats bien réalisés. Le chef met en avant des produit locaux de qualité. N'hésitez pas à goûter sa cuisine. Attention il faut penser à réserver.
J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Kamers naar Franse norm best vrij groot en modern, mooi afgewerkt. Lekker eten van Corsicaanse chef. Heeft dan ook een selectie Corsicaanse wijnen. Sympathieke gastvrouw en professionele bediening. Zeker een tafel op voorhand reserveren.
Service: bij de cleaning werden de handdoeken niet vervangen
Terras met mooi uitzicht op de (rustige) omgeving.

Having booked online 15 mins earlier, we arrived to be told we couldn't possibly have booked, they were full. But then they found us a room. But we couldn't eat at the restaurant because that was also "full". We were directed to the (perfectly OK) restaurant 200m up the road.
Room itself was clean and comfortable.

Very nice overnight stay.
Restaurant food good sitting out on the terrace on a hot summers evening with a lovely view was very pleasant.
It was exceptionally hot while we were there and there was no air conditioning which, on this occasion, would have been lovely.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent séjour
Nous n'avons séjourné qu'une nuit à l’hôtel le carré long mais nous serions bien resté un peu plus. Cadre reposant, accueil très sympathique, literie tout a fait à notre gout et un bon petit déjeuner.
