We had to ask for house keeping services after spending one night there. We had to ask for more towels, a hair dryer, a remote for the TV and for cable to be hooked up in the room. There was a noticeable gap above the doors. The carpeting was dirty and not installed properly in the hallways. The pool was being renovated, but we were not notified beforehand of that. We had to search for the ice and vending machines because we were not told where they were. There was also no phone in the room, although that may be how they set up the rooms. We were told that our room was still being done, and the floor in the bathroom was not fully tiled yet. All in all, the room quality was very poor. It looks like the hotel was under new management and once it is completed, it may be better. On a positive note, the items that we needed to ask for were brought in a timely manner.
