"The room and clarity was nice. The big problem was that I got locked out of my room in the morning. The safety lock on the inside somehow locked when I closed the door. A technician had to fix it but he didn’t arrive until 8:00am. This set my trip back by 1 hour. The technician said this happens occasionally. If so why don’t other staff have the tool to open a door that is locked from the inside? "

"The hotel was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was wonderful. The room was very comfortable. The shower was the best hotel shower ever."

"The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom. Bathroom trash can had urine splashes on it. It was situated right next to the toilet. The drain in the tub did not work, unable to close it to take a bath, and the drain was dirty. Also, the exhaust fan did not work."

"I do not bring my pets but while we were there some other guests came with their pets and the staff was very accommodating and told them where they can take their dogs. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and fantastic! "

"HORRIBLE! We drove 2 1/2 hours for BS. The host was terrible. I didn’t get the room I already booked and she did not give me refund or even offer to make the situation better. We get into a whole other room just for the TV to not work properly, water didn’t even reach over a cool 70 degrees. Me and my husband ultimately left early due to the condition of the room and surrounding area. I’m talking they had crackheads, at least 3 vehicles with flat tires or missing windshields; it looked like people had been staying there for years. Truly a terrible stay. When we checked out early the woman accused us of stealing a $3 rag!! Are you kidding me I have nothing good to say about this place and would’ve gotten a refund had I known I was able to. Flat out worst hotel experience ever!"
