「I am grateful to the staff member, who changed my reservation so that I could get a room on the main floor. The elevator was under repair and I have difficulty using steps. I learned that 3rd party booking offers a section for comments, where I can list limitations. After a long exhausting day I was so appreciative for this young man' s help.」

「The staff contacted us immediately after booking to ask if we had any special needs or if we needed recommendations for the area. We had a great stay at the Jungle House! It was clean and spacious and the plants and small decorative touches was nice and inviting. The location was awesome with only a short walk to restaurants and shops. The only issue we had was when we parked. The back entrances were not marked with a number, so we had to trek through the alley to determine which flat was the...

「Nice large home with 3 bedrooms...one has king, one has 2 double bunk beds and one has a queen in basement. 3 levels...kitchen, living room and master bedroom on top floor. Kitchen equipped with most things you'll need to cook. Nice gas stove. Nice smart TV in living room and sliders to outside deck.」
