The office staff was awesome especially since for some reason we got wrong directions to get there. Recommend several local establishments to dine at. Room was beautiful, very ckean and comfortable.

Pleasant, modern, sparse room decor lends a peaceful feel. Very well appointed with essentials. Ask at the office for a microwave or hair dryer. Note that fees posted on sites such as expedia DO NOT INCLUDE nightly pet charges. Grounds could be better landscaped despite there being drought conditions.

Host was friendly and welcoming. Place was clean and beds were comfy. There was a pizza place on the property which was delicious, I think unrelated to motel but worked out for us after a long day. Great location.

For a 2-star motel, this place exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and the front desk operators were very lovely and helpful in providing us with toiletries etc. In general, the room was clean. Some rooms for improvement: the floors definitely need to be mopped, the bed was quite soft and so after 3 nights, we did have some aching backs. The shower pressure was pretty weak making it difficult to wash hair, but when you're at the cape cod national seashore it makes sense why water pressure is on the weaker side. Our neighbours were singing kids songs every morning that woke us up... We were just happy for a nice place to sleep :)

Pros: very clean, staff are extremely nice/helpful, free loaner bikes/helmets, free loaner beach chairs, nice area outside of poor for sunbathing/outdoor dining, easy access to rail trail. Cons: rooms are much smaller than expected (tight for more than 2 people), poor renovation (looks a little bit like a DIY), full length mirrors are questionably placed (you can only stand about 6” away from them), no iron/ironing board in every room (had to go borrow one from the office), water in the shower took about 10 minutes to heat up (and even then it was only warm), no drawers to put away clothing/etc. I would like to stress that none of my cons are deal breakers. The staff were excellent (all of them) and addressed any issue we had asap. They clearly wanted us to have a great stay. I feel like a couple of tweaks would make my review go from 4 stars to 5 stars.

An unforgettable stay – truly exceptional!

I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect — the cleanliness of the room and facilities was outstanding, the location was peaceful and ideal, and above all, the staff went above and beyond in every interaction. A special thank you to the team: I had accidentally left behind my EarPods, and not only were they found, but they were returned to me with such kindness and care. It really speaks volumes about the honesty and professionalism of the staff. This hotel is set in a beautifully quiet natural environment, surrounded by breathtaking beaches — each one more stunning than the last. I would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature.

It was a nice stay. Room was fine and beds were so comfy soft so Great sleep. Staff was great! The pool water needed cleaning a number of bugs floating on top. I like that it’s pet friendly But too many ridiculous rules. Overall a good stay.
