「Put up a sign at the breakfast door stating it's close so people would know not to open the sliding doors. Over all outstanding job Rob」

「Our room had popcorn on the floor around the bed. Going to and from our room I could see hallways were dirty and dust could be seen on the various wall fixtures. Our last night stay there was no hot water for bathing. The front desk was notified and we were told the water heater was out on our side of the building. We were offered to either bathe in a different room or completely move to another room. We were very disappointed and will not be staying at this property in the future.」
