Unfortunately you can't predict mechanical failures, but the staff and management did work hard to get the situation remedied on a holiday weekend... We did end up having hot water the last two days of our stay. We'll definitely stay here again. 」

「There is no lobby, check in is at the diner next door. In our first room, the TV didn't work and the employee couldn't get it to work. There also was no coffee pot, even though advertised. Apparently they get stolen too often so no longer get put in most rooms. We did get moved to a room with a working TV and a coffee pot, however the plug-in in the bathroom didn't work, thus the hair dryer couldn't be used. The young man on duty was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel has seen better days....
