Top Eastern Europe Hotel Reviews
Michelangelo Grand Hotel Prague
10/10 Excellent
"A fabulous hotel in a great location. Great staff, particularly at check in when we’d been travelling since the early hours. Rooms were clean and spacious. Great gym in basement. Breakfast was lovely with a really great selection. Location is fabulous. Not in the heart of the business, but easy walking distance to main attractions and you get to know lots of places. Would definitely stay again. Thank you to the staff for a fabulous stay!"

Airport Hotel Okecie
8/10 Good
"I am writing to express my profound concern regarding a distressing incident involving your hotel's airport shuttle service. While my overall stay was satisfactory, this particular event has compelled me to share my experience. On Sunday, August 9, at approximately 7:30 AM, while en route to the airport, a female passenger inquired about the availability of space in the shuttle, as it appeared there might not be enough room for all waiting guests. This passenger spoke with a distinct Russian/Ukrainian accent. The driver, an individual whose demeanor suggested a significant lack of professional composure and customer service skills, responded to her legitimate concern with immediate and unwarranted hostility. He aggressively raised his voice, verbally admonishing her inquiry and stating, in a confrontational tone, that there was "another shuttle." This information, however, had not been conveyed to passengers beforehand, leaving her with no prior knowledge. His aggressive outburst against a guest, who was simply seeking clarification, created an incredibly uncomfortable and tense atmosphere for everyone present. I, along with other passengers, was appalled by this public display of disrespect and felt immense sympathy for the woman who was subjected to such an unprofessional verbal attack. This type of conduct is entirely unacceptable for any representative of your establishment, particularly one in direct guest-facing service. It reflects poorly on the hotel's commitment"
