"The staff were excellent both at reception and the morning breakfast. A room upgrade , early check-in and late check out via Expedia rewards were utilised to the fullest extent after arriving back from overseas. Proximity to Southern Cross train station is ideal particularly after using the Skyways? bus service from the airport (5 minute walk). Ideal for travellers heading overseas or returning. Close to DFO outlets for shopping. I was expecting a continental breakfast (toast, cereal, coffee) and was pleasantly surprised with scrambled eggs, bacon, baked beans and barista machine coffee. Only minus was low water pressure in the shower but that could be attributed to being blasted out of the bathtub in Japan and Vietnam with their water pressure at similarly rated Hotels. Otherwise a great stay and would definitely stay again,"

"This is the first hotel at which I have stayed that offers an early arrivals lounge. As someone who arrived at the hotel at 8 AM with check-in not available until 3 PM, it was fabulous to have a place to stay that provided coffee, water and cookies. I also greatly appreciated to get the call at 11 AM that I could get into my room. Whenever I go to the Sydney opera, this will be the hotel where I will stay!"
