「The staff was amazing, especially Sandra she helped me a lot everyday with the area and getting a taxi. Nothing in this area is walkable unfortunately so taxis tend to get expensive after a while. The hotel itself was really clean and I felt super safe as a solo female traveller. Breakfast was affordable and some good options! One thing that I didn’t like was that water wasn’t offered at all times but coffee was. Water was only during breakfast. Maybe that’s something they can consider offering...

「Breathtaking tranquility. Balcony view from the room was gorgeous, high above the city. Pool was a plus for some exercise. Room was functional and cozy. Not much to do other than dining room and walk to the castle. You need a car or taxi to go up the steep hill to the Parador.」

「Good quality buffet breakfast, excellent dinning in the restaurant, with wonderful service from all the staff throughout the hotel in all departments. Large suite with great facilities. If I could say something negative the bathroom could do with an update, nothing wrong with the Roca fittings just a little dated so not really any issue more preference.
