"The host was the absolute sweetest. Super accommodating and fast to respond to any inquiry. Great customer service. The property is updated and the beads are great. The water doesn’t get super hot. From our lanai we could see the ocean and the maoi. I didn’t have any problems but our flights were messed up by the airline and I ended up arriving a day early and my companions a day late. Fortunately they were able to accommodate and she had everything ready again when the second wave arrived. "

"Celebrated my 40th birthday in Easter Island and decided to stay in Ohana. The location is a bit far from the town if you want to walk.but you can always ask the hotel to call for a taxi or you can also rent a car directly at the hotel which is a lot cheaper compared to the rental cars in town. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive with our needs and they even made me a birthday cake which was very nice. The rooms are huge and the AC was working great. Overall I give this hotel a 10/10"

"The hotel staff/service will welcome you when you arrive at the airport, offer you a beautiful garland, and take you to the hotel. The property is located off the center, where you need to rent a car or ATV, which the hotel also offers for a reasonable price. The hotel is clean, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers, welcoming you when you arrive. A free delicious breakfast was offered, and a ride back to the airport was also offered. Overall, it was a memorable and beautiful experience. "

"From the moment you check-in at the hotel, the staff are available to assist with your needs. The restaurant menu offers a variety of very tasty dishes. One should consider booking various tours through the hotel. The operator is very reliable and the tour guides are, at a minimum, bi-lingual (Spanish and English). The hotel is in walking distance of two banks, numerous restaurants and an artisanal gifts centre."
