I didn't much like my room, "Patience" and thought it overpriced for what it was - two not entirely new single beds, no view whatsoever and no bath. The photo makes it look light, when it is rather dark. The room was well supplied though and the staff extremely helpful and nice.

Beautiful find with spacious rooms.
A beautiful little find in a beautiful village! The room was spacious and well made up - including a lovely clean bathroom! The staff were welcoming and friendly - especially Lisa who went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The food was amazing - breakfast options were vast and serving size was very generous. Overall our best stay in the UK!

Tiger inn
A great, cosy hotel that gave us a bit of sanctuary and relaxation for our Seven Sisters walk. Welcoming hosts and great food. Plenty of vegan options on the evening menu but unfortunately no vegan choices with the full breakfast which gives a mixed message as to whether they are vegan friendly or not.

It's not all about Location Location Location
Location excellent. Room needed a larger basin. No WiFi or mobile signal in the room. Evening menu limited choice, poor quality food (out of a packet, I think) and over-priced. Covid security well handled. Make sure you pre-order your breakfast, else the waiter cannot cope. Needs the manager/owner to step up, as it could be so much better. Relies on passing trade as in such a good location. Locals wouldn't go there.

Thank you for letting us know regarding the WIFI issue this has now been resolved. We are only able to offer a limited menu choice at present due to reduced staff members in the kitchen so we can ensure our staff's safety and adhere to social distancing. I hope that despite these issues, you enjoyed the rest of your stay and got to see some beautiful scenery.

We were made very welcome - comfortable room with lots of exrras - water, hairdryer etc. Food good and well served. Lovely situation in a beautiful area. Thoroughly recommended.
