「Hotel was clean and staff was good.」

「Upon booking, requested adjoining room as we were traveling with a disabled veteran. I called 2 days prior to stay to confirm the adjoining room, and was told they only have 1 adjoining room, and it was given to someone else. Also, each time we went to the front desk no one was there and we had to wait quite some time for someone to come to the desk.」

「There were men’s dirty underwear in the area where you hang up clothes in our room. There was mold in around the bathtub.」

「Check in was quick and easy. The room was more than adequate, clean with lots of space, the beds were clean and very comfortable , I slept like a baby. We no issues with the Tytv or air conditioner. The shower was amazing! The shower had so much pressure, it made it made my skin feel smooth, and cleaner.」

「The TV remote didn't work because there were no batteries in the remote. The remote was replaced and initially worked but only for a couple of hours. We had to unplug the cable from the TV when we went to bed. Around one in the morning, the smoke alarm started periodic beeping. The desk clerk said it was a low battery but they did not have spare batteries and he would leave a note for maintenance. He told us to remove the battery and left a step stool (which was not tall enough)outside the door....
