"Expensive. No airport shuttle. Queue at the bar for food in the evening. Limited choice and poor quality. Breakfast was lacking many items and coffee machines were running dry. Nice room, pleasant lounge. But visibly understaffed. People rolling suitcases to and fro on uneven pavements and crossing two very busy roads to access the Air express 100 bus. Poor."

"The ONLY reason I booked this hotel was that on Expedia there was the icon of free airport shuttle. I contacted the hotel about 8 hours before arrival and they said they require at 48 hours advance notice and even then it’s on first come first serve basis from 8am to 4pm. If their small mini van had no space that’s too bad. I asked if they could arrange air port shuttle for me at check out they said they are sold out for anything in the afternoon They were quick to offer private taxi service...

"Breakfast dishes were empty they need more proactive and filling up the pots wherever possible. Also, breakfast timing should be finished at least 11 am, not 9:30 am."
