"I had a pleasant stay at Novotel. Good location. Close to metro station. Walkable to the old town. However 1 day our room wasn’t cleaned. If you are a gym lover then it’s small with no air con!! The pool is a great bonus. Staff were helpful but didn’t understand English very well so anything more than basics it takes a while to grasp."

"We got a room with a approx 20x20 cm hole in the bathroom leading into the entrance hall. We got a new room but it was tricky as nobody seems to speak english there. In the second room most of the sockets did not work. At the last day the air condotion broke due to an accident on the street - which was not their fault"

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the water temperature was consistent and hot. When a toilet issue arose, it was promptly repaired. The hotel is located on a hill, which can be slightly challenging to access, but the rooftop terrace with comfortable seating offered stunning views of Tbilisi city. The overall experience...
