「We did not like the fact that they didn’t fixed our door right away.It took them 7 hours to fix it. We went out to viewing at a funeral home so our things were left unsecured for 7 hours. The front desk said the maintenance man will come with in 1 or 2 but didn’t come on time. Our door was fixed after 4 pm」

「Very good」

「Muy cómodo el lugar, muy limpio y privado」

「The property was immaculate and staff were very friendly and helpful! We were down for Hampton’s Homecoming and the price was very reasonable considering the events for the weekend. I would definitely recommend this location & rebook for my next visit.」

「Good breakfast and coffee excellent staff smooth check in」

「It was fine. They only had half a roll of toilet paper, which was kinda weird that it wasn't a whole roll. The girl that was supposed to check me out this morning wouldn't get off her cellphone or even look up. Just said " Have a good day" While still looking at her phone. To the point where I was actually thrown off by the audacity of her attitude」

「The hotel could use a few updates here and there but overall, spacious room, sufficiently appointed, and friendly staff. Really good value for the price. I didn’t have any pots and pans in the room since there’s a kitchen. Would be good if those were stocked.」

「Breakfast」

「冷氣出風口太吵雜。 但櫃檯服務人員與維修技工服務態度很好，努力協助解決問題。」

「Jim, the staff member who checked us in was extremely kind and competent. We had some issues with our reservations because of some problems with Expedia and he fixed it right away. Great guy.」
