「Everything was great with one exception: the pillows. I've stayed at hotels around the world and these were the worst pillows ever. Take a dozen dog chews and knotted ropes, put them in a pillow case with some polyfill, and you're pretty close to what those pillows are like. Horrible is an understatement. The staff was delightful and pleasant, accommodating and helpful. But for $180/night, the Wyndham franchise holder needs to invest in new pillows full stop.」

「We are picky hotel stayers. I typically only search for 8+ rated hotels because I just can’t risk staying somewhere “gross”. Residence Inn was in such great shape I questioned if it was built within the last couple of years, but it turns out it’s almost 8 years old. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool and recreation area was clean and in good shape. Staff were friendly. We didn’t eat breakfast so we can’t comment on that.
