「Loved our stay at the Arches. There are restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, as well as a subway stop. The parking garage is staffed 24/7. The apartment was extremely spacious and bright, the bathroom had a tub. It was absolutely perfect for a family. We did have issues with a family hanging out in the hallway after midnight for a looong time, they were very loud. But that’s not due to the property itself.」

「This exact property is not available to rent, however it is still on the website and is able to be paid for. We did not know this until check-in and realized we never received a code to get in. It was only when we called the number attached to this property is when we found out that it is not supposed to be available. The owner we spoke to was helpful and relocated us to another property only 5 mins away from the original, which turned out to be a lovely place. It all worked out in the end, but...

「I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take...
