House keeping never came to clean. Had to call for towels. Walls were disgustingly dirty. Bed had a sink hole in the middle that we had to fight to stay out of and on top of each other. Great location though and manager did come right up with towels and apologized.

Upon our arrival, the manager on duty was asleep, and the place locked up. We had to knock on the door multiple time to be able to get/check in! The room had a rough mold/musk smell, and the place dusty and carpets are not clean. The bed cover was burn with cigarette holes, the main bathroom towels were literally worn out, should've been thrown away! The hand towel and the bed sheets had stains of what seemed to be blood stains. The place was in a really poor condition. On a positive note, the gentleman who checked us in/out, was nice upon our departure. But that's about it! Sorry, I do not recommend this place.

The bathroom toilet did not flush properly. There were no plastic cups for water. The king size bed was not set properly on foundation. Ok for one night.

The man who checked me in was very polite and informative. Customer service wasn't the issue. Unfortunately, the room smelled strong of dollar store room spray, no screen on the window that was left open prior to check in, there was dirt on the carpet, random hair in the bed and on the towels, grime in the sink/shower and to top it off absolutely no toilet paper in the room. The walls are thin and I heard the people above me at all hours of the night coming and going. Lead me to believe there was some illegal activity going on especially when there was a cop car hanging out in the parking lot when I arrived at 9:30pm. This was the only room I could find under $150 but I would have opted for a different selection had I known. Wouldn't recommend.

Beds were clean, but the bathroom was gross and the toilet had to be plunged multiple times in our one night stay. The room was musty and didn’t cool off even after running the AC all night. Was not worth the money we saved.

Do not waste your hard earned money on this Inn
I am surprised Hotels.com rents this place out. The most dirty place I have ever seen. We didnt even bring our luggage in the place it was so bad. No lock on door, room was NOT clean, sheets were not clean, No pillow cases, Wet mildew towels, tv didn't work, clearly they do not care. No refund, saw a drug deal out a lower room window, while owner was in same area. Honestly, I do not know how this place is even open. Crusty dirty towels, under bed, behind & night stand . Chests of drawers had dead gnats, and winged insects in them. Bugs, both Bed, and roaches. The bed spread was clearly not washed in ages. Smelled like a wet basement with a mix of cigars and body odor. I could go on and on, but here are the pictures to support every thing stated.

Never again!
I was truly disappointed with this place. The location is 22 miles away from Foxwoods. It stated that’s its 11 miles away. They were no toilet paper in the bathroom, the towels were dingy, the shower curtain were dirty. The heat was good.

This place is a dump. Sheets were never changed. Floors were not vacuumed, nasty stuff dripping down woodwork in bathroom! Toilet was dirty, sink in bathroom wouldn’t drain. No toilet paper. Dirty dirty place. Surprised I didn’t see cockroaches!

This hotel is close to everything but the hotel itself is just for resting. There is no pool or gym. I was going gambling and just needed a place to sleep and this hotel was just right for the price.

We were appalled by the condition of the hotel. The roof had leaked and the ceiling had not been repaired. The stairwell was filthy.. There was a small shampoo from a previous guest in the bath and the tub didn't appear to have been cleaned. Needless to say we will not recommend this place to anyone.

The front desk person showed us tonour room to explain a 'small' problem eith the room. Periodically the lights would not turn on, or suddenly all go off. To fix you had to plug and unplug the bedside lamp several t8mes. Possible fire hazzard. Also, due to power going on and off, satelite box keeps resetting and we could not watch any tc.

I will be staying at the one in Brooklyn, Conn. Manny is great . And the bedding is new and fresh. I feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. This one in Niantic was like sleeping on crates.

I reserved a smoking room, and when I arrived at check-in, our room had already been given away by someone without a prior reservation. There were no smoking rooms and no rooms with king size beds. We did not stay here and got a different hotel.

Friendly staff, easy check in. Room wasn't super clean and the beds were pretty uncomfortable. The lock on the door was also questionable. Definitely a "value inn." Even so, a little expensive for the accommodations.

the Clerk at the front desk was great but that was all! the room smelled so bad when we first walked in! then we see that there were sticky stuff on the head board and covered with fly's! sink handle was broken! shower did not drain! we end up cutting out trip short because i could not sleep in there!

I would'nt stay at that place again.
The toilet seat was broken the cleaniness was awful there where sexual noises coming from the adjasent room until after 4am.. I would'nt stay in that hotel. Again Never Never

Typical low-frills motel
The king size bed was very firm (hard) and there was only 2 skimpy pillows. The towels were thin and rough. Had to ask for more.Really we used these on the floor to walk on because they were so rough and tattered. There was a big gap under the door where light and cold air came in.
