「I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, I stayed there for 8 nights, the staff are friendly and helpful. Pros: location closest to everywhere in the city, friendly staff Cons: sometimes the room is not thoroughly cleaned, the floor is not mopped sometimes 」

「服务不好，说好的免费停车，酒店管理停车位的门童以停车场满为理由拒绝让我们进入。我们刚从停车场入口处把车倒出来，发现后面有车开到入口就放进去了。门童态度非常不好。另外，酒店房间地毯较脏，床不是很舒服。酒店吃早餐人很多，非常拥挤，不过早餐和晚餐品种比较多。在此酒店体会不到任何服务，与此房间相比，完全不相称。」

「Personal amable, súper buena la ubicación, ricos desayunos. Me pareció segura la zona para caminar desde y hacia Monte de los Olivos. Volveré a tomar mismo hotel para siguientes vacaciones en Jerusalén. Lo recomiendo sin dudar.」
