In reporting it to front desk, they provided new bedding quickly; however, the replacement cover was not another duvet, but a thin bedspread. Breakfast was just okay. Living room furniture sits low, can stand to be re-cushioned, and the upholstery cleaned. "

As a menopausal woman from Texas I like to sleep in the cold, so very disappointing with the price of these rooms. In addition the king sized beds should have king pillows not the tiny standard size. "

It was but the heat in the pool area and in the pool itself were not working. Our 2 year old had a meltdown. Had we been told there was no heat at the pool that could have been avoided "
